11 Andrews Technology and the City of Sherwood, AR Partners to Automate Time and Attendance with the UKG Ready Software

The City of Sherwood, AR has selected Andrews Technology to meet its timekeeping needs using UKG Ready software. This will automate workforce management tasks such as timekeeping, leave management, and Advanced Scheduling for their 300 year-round employees. They plan to interface UKG Ready with their existing Great Plains payroll software and hope to go live in 5 months from project kickoff. Finance Director Colleen Young worked directly with Senior Account Executive Mark Stucky to identify areas of improvement in the sales cycle that will translate to improved processes after implementation.
